It all begins with an idea…

My name is Robert Bastock and I am the founder of RBCM, with over 20 years experience of hands-on Project Management.

Here at RBCM client confidentiality and satisfaction are of utmost importance.

People are at the heart of what we do. I personally, have a passion for bringing peoples ideas to life.

I first began Construction Management studies in 1998 together with my career. I have been fortunate enough to work for a number of the top tier contractors, running a variety of projects in some of the most exclusive areas of London, for the most prestigious clients. In later years I moved over to running my own company. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges of construction and thrive on the initiatives, innovative processes and concepts that are instigated through problem solving. I take pride in the projects that I have completed. All projects are of equal importance to me no matter their size.

My experience allows me to foresee bumps in the road and processes are managed to ensure our clients works are completed to the highest specification, as quickly as possible. We maintain excellent working relationships and communication skills.

I have a natural ability to work with people and have remained reliable and committed throughout all of my working life. I expect the same from any individuals I chose to have along side me. These strengths have made me re-employable not only by multiple companies, but also, individuals.
